Refund Return Policy

Bespoke Aesthetics + Holistic Spa

  • Our refund returns policy for products are 7 days.
  • There are NO REFUNDS on any services rendered.
  • If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • GIFT CARDS are exempt from being returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
  • To complete your product return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will credit you for the purchase price via the way you paid for it initially. You are also welcome to a merchandise credit.
  • Credit card returns may not show up on your statement for 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 business days.

Shipping Refunds & Returns

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
